Unem

Unem is the central and warmest region of Ûnduleah. Covered in vast grasslands, the Laraki mountains run right through the center of Unem.
It's primarily populated by Humans and has a warm climate due to the heat from the orange shard. To the south west edges of Unem lie the Kiridûn mountains, beyond which lies the Dwarven controlled region of Dûnn. There are some forests on the foothills of the Laraki mountains, but most of the old forests have been cut down for building materials.

• Located in the center of the capital Keadin, lodged in the Laraki mountains
• After the sun, the biggest source of ambient heat on Ûnduleah

The olive growth shard

• Located on the dry Azor Steppe
• It makes plants grow very fast and strong. Has minor healing properties

Climate

Unem is split diagonally by the Laraki Mountains. The southeastern side is on the windward side, resulting in the vast green Unar Grasslands. On the northwestern side lies the dry Azor Steppe. It has only one major river running through it, making it the steppe sparsely populated except for along the river .. Azor .. ,and along the coastline. At the very northwestern edge, the steppe makes way for a marshy region, home to the Lesi Dîn dwarves.
