Hesukar-Dominion Coalition

A coalition formed to fend off the extra-dimensional invaders. They are known only as the Breach Invaders. The founding members of the coalition are the Dominion Peace Corp and the Hesukar Directorate.   The Breach Defense Cooperative is a junior member of the coalition. They were included because of their efforts to suppress the single breach manifesting outside of Directorate space. As a community made up of class two and class three civilizations, they should not have been able to withstand the invading forces. Dominion intelligence suggests that the Breach Defense Cooperative is only able to suppress the breach for this long due to the intervention of a higher-order entity.   The associated members are a part of the coalition in name only. Their contributions to the war efforts are minimal. Dominion insistence to include them stems from their desire to stop them from abandoning the armistice achieved in the Karkish-Adranarian War.

Assets

The coalition forces are primarily made up of Dominion (65%) and Directorate (32%) vessels. All remaining vessels are either part of the Breach Defense Cooperative (2.9%) or run by independent captains. In terms of military strength, the Dominion vessels outshine the other coalition members even more (~85%). The biggest space ship is the Dominion Super-Class Carrier Ashendon.   The key to successfully closing the breach is the destruction of the infrastructure keeping it open on the other side. With conventional means, this is nearly impossible. However, the Dominion can deploy nova bombs capable of destroying entire solar systems. The Dominion uses disposable drone ships to deploy the nova bombs safely.

History

The coalition was formed after Dominion long-range scanners confirmed the existence of more than a dozen breaches within Directorate space. In accordance with Dominion protocol, they entered into negotiations to ensure that they would not have to fight a two-front war after entering their space. After years of isolation and confidence in their ability to continue the suppression of the breaches, they were reluctant to enter this coalition with the Dominion.   This changed the moment the Directorate Hierarchy confirmed that Dominion had indeed quickly and easily closed the breach outside of their territory. After short deliberations, the coalition was formed and the Dominion forces were allowed to enter Directorate space. Once the Dominion forces began the operation to close the breaches they were able to quickly end the conflict.

Disbandment

The coalition was disbanded only 3 GSY after its founding. It was replaced by a series of smaller treaties between the various coalition members. The most important of which is the non-aggression pact between the Directorate and Dominion forces. The Breach Defence Cooperative began a major restructuring of their association under the guidance of the Dominion which ended in the formation of the Nesklar Federation.

I love this article. It's super cool to read. Grammar feedback as asked:

A coalition formed to fend off the extra-dimensional invaders, known only as the Breach Invaders.
There's no verb phrase here... You state the noun phrase and then do nothing with it. Might want to fix that.
The Breach Defense Cooperative is a junior member of the coalition for their efforts suppressing the single breach manifesting outside of Directorate space.
There are a few odd things located here. "is a junior member of the coalition, known for their efforts" fixes most of it. The core problem is that you don't properly connect the clause.
As a community made up of class two and class three civilizations
This act as a prepositionary phrase/dependent clause. You need to follow it with a comma to properly connect the sentence.
The key to successfully close the breach is to destroy the infrastructure keeping them open on the other side.
Something about this doesn't quite fit, especially the conjunction between 'key' and 'close'. The tense seems to be slightly odd. I'd try "The key to successfully closing the breach is the destruction of the infrastructure keeping it open on the other side"
At this point, the Dominion had already sealed the breach defended by the Breach Defense Cooperative. At first, the Directorate was reluctant to let Dominion forces enter their space.
I'd suggest changing the sentence structure a bit here as it's two of the same in a row.
Its place took a series of smaller treaties between the various coalition members.
I feel like you need to rephrase a bit here as there's no direct correlation of subject verb. Maybe "It was replaced by a series of smaller treaties between the various coalition members.   --   Great work here. I loved the article, happy to leave a like.
