Kriocesocr (a.k.a. Sacred Leader)

Kriocesocr spends the day gathering souls of the dead, sending them to the Sacred Cenotaph of the Mystic Clouds for judgment, then goes to The Between every night to find souls of the lost, bringing them back for judgment every morning.
If the souls are deemed worthy by Spectral they are return to Ersha to start a new life in a new vessel, and if found unworthy they return to Ersha as spirits to redeam themselves.

It is sometimes said that babies born in the morning are newly made or very young souls eager to start their new lives, while baby's born in the evening or night are older souls who were in no great hurry and take things slow and easy.

When the world was new Kriocesocr would spend the night sending redeamed spirits who were ready for a second try back to the Sacred Cenotaph for judgment. But, due to the macinations of Korkuvo, the burdon of sending spirits back now falls on mortals who have been gifted Spirit Magic.

Depiction

She/He is often depicted as a vaguely humanoid being with waving tentacle-like appendages made of light in place of hair, eight to ten arms, and as being either male of female.
