The city where the brilliant minds of Europea started to gather, the place where everything is tech, from the buildings build to the people themselves.
What people called 'body hackers' in the past is completely normal in Technologica. People here love tinkering with their bodies, adding new or enhanced parts, or even implanting certain chips in their brains and other body parts.
Technologica is known to be experimenting back with space faring, after the initial attempts stopped when the Catastrophe began. There are rumours that they even succeeded in building new space machines, ready to make contact again with the colonies on the Moon and on Mars....
Government
The Mega-city is run by a central council of the brightest minds of Technologica. They stay in power as long as they can prove they are still the brightest. Their positition can be contested yearly.
Defences
As this is the City of Tech, there are naturally high-tech defenses like robots and laser turrets.
Industry & Trade
Technologica is known for developing the best tech in Western Europe, as it is their main focus. However, certain crime families like The Treviani's also produce less welcome things here, that are popular in other cities. The most well-known example being Swirl .
Infrastructure
The city consists of a clear street pattern in the main city, with laboratories and science-related businesses everywhere. Most scientists don't care about wealth, but those who do live in neighborhoods that are closely guarded by robots.
Architecture
The city's inhabitants love experimenting with tech. This can also be noticed in their houses and labs: all kinds of weird machinery and exotic, lab-made materials form the main building materials of a large part of the city.
