The first global-scaled election has occured. Every country got to elect 200 Officials, that would join the Council of Global Affairs, or CGA. They also each elected 4 representatives, that would represent their country in the Circle of International Representatives or CIR. The elections were concluded surprisingly smoothly, there were no major troubles or problems. The election process happened with the help of the election tablets, which UFP delivered throughout september to every single person that is entitled to vote. The CGA now acts directly under the Minister of Global Policies, while the CIR replaced the position of the Minister of Foreign Policies.

Decommissioning Ceremony of the World Eater
Cultural eventAfter years of being in Service, the World Eater was finally shut down in a five day long ceremony. UFP and the World celecrated this moment as the beginnig of a new, more peaceful era in which such war machine is not needed anymore. Since then the World Eater has been standing about 50 kilometers off the Coast of Lisabon. It now is nothing more than a masive statue and inspiring tourist attraction.

Cultural eventAfter years of being in Service, the Doomsday Machine was shut down as well, again in a five day long ceremony. UFP and the World once again celecrated this as the now certain beginnig of a new, more peaceful era in which such war machine is not needed anymore. Since then the Doomsday Machine has been standingin the East Sea between Japan and Korea. It now is nothing more than a masive statue, an inspiring tourist attraction and a memorial to Japan for the great Kurokawa Mari.

No more homelessness
Technological achievementWith UFP's technological advancements and the political push of the Minister of Domestic Policies Hans Köppler, UFP had a massive boost in their construction industry. In less than 4 years UFP has managed to build enough homes around the UFP Confederacy (aka the world) to resettle all homeless people into a new, local appartement or house. This is the first time in human history where there are no people living without a roof over their head.

Reports of internal administrative issues within UFP
Political eventThere have been reports of internal struggles and conflicts within the leadership of UFP. News Portals use a leaked transcript from a meeting in the UFP Headquarters as a source. It seems a sort of hostility is building up, especially regarding the future of how the UFP Confederacy is to be managed. This has shown to be true because of multiple seemable slipups of UFP's Security Force and political institutes.

The Second Russian Revolution
Civil actionAfter their return to the Russian land, and the establishment of the so called "New Sovjet"-Russian Cities, which are mostly located in the eastern or parts of Russia or it's countryside, the retured Russian people became increasingly unhappy. Many problems were accumulating, starting with the facts that Non-Russian people rebuilt their major cities in a wester, UFP style and ranging to the prohibition of alcohol and nicotine. Over the years there have been many cases of Police raids and arrests, of people in those regions trying to produce alcohol ilegally. The situation has now reached its melting point and the "New-Sovjet"-Russian people started a revulution, demanding independance from UFP. The most rebellious of them founded "The New Red Army", a rebellious organisation trying to see a re-rising of the Sovjet Union, or now the "New Sovjet Union" They were founded and led by Viktar Kastsyukevich. After some months of Roger Speer and his team fighting the revolution, it came to an end.
