ASSESSMENT: Pt is showing signs of Initial Onset of PUO-D32. as well as possible food poisoning.
 
PLAN: Draw blood sample for testing.
 
NOTE: Due to rushed training Associate Esen was unable to collect a proper sample. Training for all willing Associates will happen at next opportune time.
