SUBJECTIVE: Pt complains of chronic headache back a 3 weeks. legs cramps up standing or sitting. pt complains about rigidity after waking up. takes awhile to get out of bed. horrible night sweats. pt feels their heart is racing contently. PT keeps hearing things that are not there.
 
OBJ: Excessive sweating, restlessness, photosensitive, auditory hallucinations, oozing sores, and muscle rigidity. PT is bed ridden.
 
ASSESSMENT: Pt is showing signs of Progressive PUO-D32.
 
PLAN: Draw blood sample and Puss from sores for testing.
