OBJ: Right eye is dilated left normal. Rigidity on upper right quadrant over the liver. Rigidity below of belly button showing signs of pregnancy. inflamed lymph nodes.
 
ASSESSMENT: Pt is showing signs of Progressive PUO-D32.
 
PLAN: Collecting Blood and tissue samples for testing.
Blood: 5ml vinus blood, 5ml arterial blood.
Puss: 30ml
Amiantic fluid: 2ml
lymphatic Fluid: 2ml
unknown Lung Fluid: 5ml
