SUBJECTIVE: Pt complains of chronic headache back a 1.5 weeks. legs cramps up standing or sitting. pt complains about rigidity after waking up. takes awhile to get out of bed. horrible night sweats. pt feels their heart is racing contently.

OBJ: Pt heart rate is elevated. Pt having a hard time standing or sitting. blisters are starting to form on PT legs

ASSESSMENT: Pt is showing signs of Initial Onset of PUO-D32.

PLAN: Draw blood sample for testing.

TEST RESULTS: (February 20th 567) doses of Aether , Morphis, and Occultum used for testing. each reagent had no reaction to the blood.
