Arrival at the Plantation!

FYI - Joe's sister's name is Cassy.

The cops show up. The speak to Randall and Nellie. The po-po goes into the room and sees the monster. I take some real pictures of the monster. Randall gives him our business card. He also lets us stay on the train, so bonus. The train backs up to retrieve Jordan and Malcom. I go with Randall to poke for the weird guy. We open the baggage car at the same time. We notice a crate that was busted apart. We bribe the Porter to let us know if the gentlemen shows up anywhere. We are taken back to our "new" rooms. The rest of the trip is uneventful.

Roll into Charleston at noon-ish. We have the day to hang out.
There are two people watching us across the road.
We split up into rooms. We also go to the Newspaper place.

We find some articles that seem to be interesting. We go back and talk to Albert. We do know that Officer Galloway, who was killed, was survived by family. We decide to go with Elihu and talk to the sheriff.

We go to bed for the night. We all take turns with watch. We decide that we need business cards. We have breakfast. Elihu is a little late. It's a bit odd. It gets to be noon. Still --- ooooohhhh... there he is? He arrives at noon! He needs to eat. He is quite the charmer. He also seems to be a little racist. Anyway, they pile in the car. He seems a little into Nellie. AWK. We talk to the police officer. He is very cagey and won't give us any details.

We drive out to the plantation. It's a humid day. The roads are dirt. There are large tin buildings. We see the Gist Country General Store. Part of the plantation. It's really hot and sticky. We stop at the store. Joe gets out because he doesn't want to be see. His house is the one with the blue painted door. He is going to try to sneak into it.

When we get to the mansion, past the sharecroppers -- there are a bunch of fields where they grow stuff. We agree to meet Joe in a few days. We tell him to go to the sheriff if he notices we aren't successful.

We go into the plantation. We meet Rev. Hilson. He seems a little skeptical of the plantation. Tells us not to go there. Bad juju there. We all eat pricy pickles. It's a thing.

We pass an old bridge. Once we cross the bridge we are on the plantation. The bridge is jimmied. We got out to inspect the bridge and shots ring out. We hide behind the car. I get shot! It's the worst! I pass out! Dr. Jordan saves me. We make it up to the house. We see a person passed out/dead? We make it over the bridge...
