Mystery!

Caleb leaves to check on the farm. Malcom notes that he found another door upstairs. We ponder options. We decide to go upstairs and check out the other room. Malcom picks the door. Randall is near him. There is a foul smell coming from the room. The maid came into the room. We stall for a bit and then go back. Dr. Jordan identifies the smell as reptilian. We find some items including human skull, old saber, bottle of wine, cigar box, and other items that are associated with Obea worship. I take pictures of the items.

Randall makes a noise. Footsteps come up the stairs. It's the maid. She is cleaning the rooms. We decide to go outside and look at what's going on in the woods. But -- Caleb comes back just as we are going out. How awkward! We have a ploy about Randall and his hat.

We go for a walk and arrive back at Joe's house. The guys are still there. We maybe try to be too shady and crafty. I talk about constellations. Malcom sneaks off. The other two get some weird indigestion. We finally leave. We keep wandering through the swamp. We wander down to the dock and see a path. The path is surrounded by swamp, which seems really sketchy. Malcolm goes ahead.

There is a rock -- a 5-foot high table -- covered with worn symbols. Dried blood on the top.
Doctor Jordan was bitten by a spider! We walked back and stopped by Joe's house again. Malcom spied into Joe's house while we distracted them. We wandered back into the house and arrive quite late. We setup watch. Dr. Jordan is first on watch. Then Randall. I have next watch and I use my Tarot cards in the hallway. Finally Malcom goes out.

There is a noise on my door and I notice a wooden key on my door. I take the key.

Caleb asks us our plans for the day. He's incredibly salty and kind of hints that he wants us to leave. He goes out for the day. We talk with Albert as we go for a stroll.

We think there is a full moon about six weeks from now.
WAIT! The GM is obviously trying to pull something over us.

As we're talking - Joe shows up! He thinks his sister is in the hut. He can't find out anything about his mother. No one is talking. Suddenly, from behind where Joe came from, another person comes. He's moving slowly. Oh, it's a she. It's Joe's mom. She looks similar to the person on the train. I take Joe and run off towards the house. I put Joe in the house and under the bed.
