Session 11

by Sergeant (Ret) Will Bakersmith

Hard to believe it has been a month already since that night. Everything has changed so fast, first I was arrested, thinking that my life was basically over. But really it seems to be just beginning. Now here I am a free man once again. As I sat down at Oasis where the rest of the pack was sitting I realized it was the first time in a long time that it felt like I was back were I belonged. Despite being almost old enough to be their parent I felt like I was one of them already in such a short time. I joined in the small talk and caught up on what happened when I was at D.C. Sounded like a lot has happened. A new kid named Vladimir has decided to join us. Unlike myself he is not someone brand new to this world but rather a man who has been living this life for a while.

'That's a relief' I thought to myself. We hardly needed another member of the pack who didn't understand what was going on. The rest of the night we took Vlad to the totem so he could officially become one of us. While on our way we noticed that a new gang had been marking their turf. Unfortunately, Leilani didn't know anything about them either.

While visiting the U-Stor-It, we heard sirens. We followed them to find a building on fire. The others in the pack said they saw fire spirits flying away as we got there. Luckily no was outside. After talking to Jamie, Leilani's girlfriend who was at the seen as a Paramedic we decided to call it a night.

The next morning Leilani stopped by to deliver what little information she had on the gang. After she left, Vlad and I cleaned up Breakfast. While we were doing that, a woman named Ramona who was familiar with Jericho, Barnaby, and Rufus. She wasn't friendly but was willing to not be enemies which was good enough for now. We can work on becoming friends and allies later. She agreed to meet us all tomorrow at 7:00pm. Hopefully we will be able to get more information on what might be happening with this gang or the recent fires.
