I've Taken Lives

Someone tried to kill me today, they looked like my people. I do not understand why they tried to do it. I should have died, but I killed them. Something happened to me, something snapped in me. I moved faster than I could keep up with. I have trained with the sword, but I have never taken a life before. My blade was white hot, I cannot get the smell of their burning flesh out of my mind. They spoke in a strange dialect of Elder Speech but it sounded like one of them cursed my blood. Is something wrong with me? What is wrong with me?
