Case of the Psychic's Lament, Part 13

Epiphany 13: Apotheosis


 
Temeteh and I return to the front of the municipal building. There is at least a guard on the rooftops nearby, but also one per building. The others are missing, which shouldn't surprise me, but there's an arrow. That has to be one of them, so I follow that as quickly as I can to see if I can find them. We are on a time limit.
 
I check the tracks, looking for the tabi-boot tracks that is likely Psypher. Those lead me along to the waterfront, and what could be river shipping boats. Psypher is there helping open the cargo hatches on the boats to show cargo, or no cargo. I wait until he finishes then tell him we need to find the others, because we're going to steal Dr Destroyer's Hovercraft.
 
Then I turn to head back to meet Temeteh with Psypher in tow to find the others so we can invade Dr. Destroyer's hovercraft. Once I found the others, Makeshift and Psypher are on board. Sable Shadow not thrilled with this, wants to know more. Temeteh explains to her.
 
Marko Markovich and the Preator are with Temeteh but are arguing. I involve myself to get them to stop, at least long enough to get us teleported over to cause a problem for Dr. Destroyer.
 
Temeteh ports us over after that. Two guards are right there. Temeteh dives off but Sable Shadow casts a shadow to conceal us. I explain that we don't have a map or blueprint. But we need to either damage the craft ( or steal it ) to distract Dr. Destroyer. Poke at Destroyer's ego to rattle him.
 
Holding onto each other, we navigate deeper into the craft to avoid the guards. In the next room, I start looking for security systems or anything similar.
 
We see that this part of the ship is 3 uneven sections. The middle section is larger than the other two. I suspect security sensors would be in the middle hallway that connect the sections. It's dim which will make it harder to find them.
 
Makeshift finds conduits for power that might connect to the guns. I suggest we see if we can find the controls for the guns. After that, we cut the power.
 
Before we got much farther, the alarm was raised as the ship lists to one side. So something happened. An attack from the outside?
 
I point at the valves and make a "close value" / "turn valve" motion. With the idea that this will cause problems for the ship ( which we want ). In the meantime, I stalker cloak myself and rush ahead to find anyone coming.
 
After catching up with Psypher, he mentioned he hasn't found any control panels. But found some guards. It's an idea that we could get info from the guards. Maybe keys, etc. I ask Psypher to show me where they are. My plan is for us to ambush them, get info or keys and get back to the others.
 
The two smokers are unconscious, so I search them. In one of the pouches, I find a pager sized radio? Could be that.
 
Makeshift did teleport to the hold or lower deck, discovering that there were some robots activating. We checked the strange grenade like things, but they didn't seem like grenades, so I tossed those aside. After that, I tossed stun bombs and Makeshift tossed some shrapnel grenades. We teleported out before those went off.
 
We moved on to the next chamber. There was some sort of ramp heading up. Could be a way out, or to another level entirely.
 
I didn't help Psypher interrogate the guards, but I'm concerned I won't be able to understand them. Any new guards we find, I'll assist in interrogating them as best I can to find a control room, or something.
