Banrigh Fuil-clann is a Baobhan Sith that was born in a time before most humans had encountered the Baobhan Sith. She was noticed for being a master manipulator and willing to work with Hags even at a young age. Indeed, there is the fact that as a young toddler, she was gifted to a Hag called Granny Barrowbye to act as a servant. Part of the bargain was that she would be trained in the use of magic. Barrowbye was thought to get Fuil-clann to act as a spy and assassin on the former's enemies.
 
Given that this happened at a very young age, it seemed that Fuil-clann learned that power was always in one's own hands. Only by seizing it and holding it to oneself was the only way forward. When she reached her mid teens, she was sent back to her community of Baobhan Sith. There she started to learn as much about her own society as possible, and corresponding with Granny Barrowbye for advice.
 
Learning all she could, she quickly learned that to gain power was to get to the top of her clan first, then unite the warring clans under her own banner. This she did.
 
By worming her way into the noble class of her clan, she was able to leave an impression of a determined individual that would diligently carry out her duties while learning about politicking & the arts of death. Soon she was in a position when by her 19th year of life, she was regularly made Tanisha, second only to the Taoiseach, in answering only to the Chieftain when needed.
 
Manipulating the Taoiseach and Chieftain into making damaging actions such as exposing them to the Scotti & Pictish people, led to both their downfall. The clan obviously suspected what had happened when elements of the Scotti & Picts were waiting for the two individuals and killed both. She had used Granny Barrowbye to slip the information out and prevented any direct link being found. She also got magical boosts from Barrowbye to win over the remains of her clan to draw the rest to her own cause.
 
Using similar tricks she removed ,any such leaders from other clans to get favourable elements into positions of power. This allowed alliances to be formed more easily allowing her to get them following her overall authority, though she left her lackeys to run day to day aspects of the Baobhan Sith. When done she was in her mid 20s, and had to set up the final stage of her plan. Looking to start paying off Granny Barrowbye, she regularly sends babies to the Hag to look after, and swap out as changelings. Spies, assassins, and infiltration work is also carried out at the behest of Barrowbye and her coven, who are all treated well, and looked after. The Hags are in the process of manoeuvring Fuil-clann and the Baobhan Sith into some type of end game that only the coven truly knows. Knowing what Hags are like it is unknown how severe this will be for the Baobhan Sith but they will suffer, and suffer greatly for it.
 
What has been mentioned is Fuil-clann has recently been contacted by an individual called Dassem Luqman, a humanlike creature of immense power, and like themselves, has a thirst for blood. It seems that he is looking to bargain information about the Baobhan Sith, and for elements to accompany him back to his own place of residence. Why, nobody can tell, but the look in his eye when it is brought up has perturbed Fuil-clann. His gift of science and the magic of the ancients (at least the ancients of his own people) is incredibly tempting. He also has recently proposed turning the Baobhan Sith into truly immortal beings has been very tempting to Fuil-clann.
