A tiefling cartographer in charge of the investigation of the rail tunnel under Torn Lofte. She's observant, loves procedures and rules, and approaches all things by priorities. She has lovely dusty gray skin and a prehensile tail.

Rithan is a cartographer and team leader for the investigation of the rail Tunnel at the seam of Torn Lofte and Scrimpt. She can often be seen taking notes and checking on the progress of whatever project to which she's currently assigned. She's a member of the Pathfinder Society and happily promotes their ideals, often directing new arrivals to the organization, assuming they'll prove useful.
