Daratrine has long lived in the Wood Elf Settlement of Neverwinter Wood and is often seen as always frustrated and annoyed by kids.
 
Around 1491 CR, her main frustration was that Forge Fitzwilliam had been increasingly doing more logging operations in the woods nearby. She also hasn't appreciated that he has tried to make the wood elves look like traitors because they do not support his efforts in the wood.
 
Of note, mystery ensued where she heard Dilya talking about going with Torrieth out hunting. However, she also saw them carefully looking around and then whispering to each other giggling as though they were telling some secret. She thinks the two were planning more than just hunting out across the river. It turned out that Luvon also went missing around the same time.
 
A short time later, some adventurers returned to the village having found Dilya and Luvon imprisoned in separate cells in the Cabin and Undground Dungeon that lies north of the river. It turned out that the missing hunters actually went out to learn more about a strange group of bandits in the area but were captured by them instead. Torrieth remained missing having escaped.
