Cabin and Undground Dungeon

The small, old cabin lies in the heart of Neverwinter Wood. It lies just north of the river that runs through the center of the woods. The cabin sits atop a large mound area that hides a small dungeon that can be accessed through a space underneath the stone fireplace in the cabin.
As of around 1491 CR, the cabin was clearly quite old but not quite as old as the dungeon hiding beneath it that is around 150 years old. The cabin was discovered to have an odd armor dummy wearing a blonde wig and face of a woman painted on it. The tattered mattress on its rusty bed had a poorly scrawled map on it. Under the bed was a crumpled piece of paper that, when unfolded, had the messy letters ONDI NAYA sketched on it.
The small dungeon below could be accessed by moving the stones from the fireplace. A small ladder led down into a chamber where two cells once held Dilya and Luvon who were rescued by Doric and some brave adventurers.
At one end of the chamber was found an odd altar that was clearly newer the chamber and had two candles a what appeared to be a small sacrificial animal. Scrawled in messy letters above the altar were again the letters ONDI NAYA. It was clear the altar was roughly made and was not constructed by those with any special, magical ability.
At the other end of the chamber were found four dead humans who were recently killed by some giant spiders that were slain by the adventurers who saved Dilya and Luvon.
