Appearance: formerly a female drow with a long silver ponytail and dark sharp features, Zena is now a shapeshifting kraken   Pirate Warlock of That which Lurks Beneath the Waves Encountered the party twice. The first time on the seas where the Guardians of Shanksville fought and forced Zena and her crew to flee. The second time at her pirate fortress where the guardians killed her crew and forced her to hide into the depths of the ocean.
