Mayor Avlock Lulen, or Mayor Lulen as he prefers, has been the incumbent mayor of Citadelis for the past 10 years. He is extremely business oriented and does not take to what he calls "tom foolery" on the cities behalf. Despite being technically equal to the other mayors of Atithe, he views himself as their leader and acts as so. Despite his less-than-approachable personality, he does get things done around the city and most citizens hold a generally good opinion of him. He keeps his cards close to his chest and likes to always have the upper hand.
