Supporting Cast
  • Kanien
Chief of Tribe Five Banner, Kanien speaks of "rebuilding," though she never specifically states what they're rebuilding from. She advocates for peace and prosperity with other tribes.
  • Mahu
Mahu is an enigmatic and good-natured gardener, both literally and figuratively. She sees it as her duty to nurture the community, as much as she can, and she keeps good relations with everyone.
  • Mountain Hart
Mountain Hart is the gruff and cynical leader of a small band of deserters, from the warband of the Lord of Husk and Rind. He is rarely in a cheerful mood, but he has a soft side that is very rarely seen.
  • Quiet Brook
Quiet Brook is Wild Thorn's son as well as her student, he is fond of Mouse and enjoys learning new methods and techniques from her, much to his mother's displeasure. He is timid and quite shy as well as being gentle and kind.
  • Rain on a Bright Evening
Rain is lackadaisical and somewhat contrary, especially with Day. She always attempts to inject levity into a situation, especially bad ones. She can sometimes be a bit lazy.
  • Rohahes
Rohahes is a young hunter/warrior who is known to be rather coarse with people. A combination of good looks, skill with a bow, and a head full of hot air has lead him to become rather arrogant.
  • Sagunta
Sagunta is the old, beleagured arbiter of Frostline. He has seen the crisis coming to Frostline and sent the players to retrieve a piece of the Tapestry, to find a solution.
  • Taheton
Taheton, Day's husband, is a levelheaded and calm man, opposite to Day in many ways. He takes care of their children, as well as doing craft and repair work for the band.
  • Told
Told is either a crazy, paranoid old man or an eccentric but wise elder, depending on the moment. Many of his theories are just absurd, but he is right more often than seems possible.
  • Wild Thorn
Wild Thorn is another healer in the settlement. She is not fond of Mouse because Mouse's methods are somewhat unorthodox and she doesn't trust them. Mouse is also not truly a member of any of the clans and that causes more mistrust. She is severe and somewhat short with most people but dotes on her son.
