General Summary

- Terfel went down to see Kasslak in Malleon's Gate and purchased some more dragon's blood.
- Havakhad cast Greater Restoration on Warden , recovering some of his exhaustion.
- Cazha Bloodwing reported to Terfel that there had been heron sightings around an old abandoned arena in Malleon's Gate. This was obviously a challenge and a trap.
- There was a noticeably increased Watch presence in Fan Adar, seems they took the warning seriously.
- Warden sent Nova, his familiar, down to investigate. Nova returned with tales of an abandoned arena, a mural painted by Bava portraying gladiators and a younger Natrac, corpses on sand, and a box out in the open on a workbench.
- They sent Nova back to try and recover one of the bracers, but they were killed by herons.
- At the same time, Terfel informed the harpies of what they'd seen.
- Kalshana used Sending to tell Cavallah it would be beneficial for Daask to try and retake the arena.
- That evening, a gang of goblinoids led by Biish and Vennet attacked Fan Adar. Herons descended on the district.
- Dah'mir was among the herons, and perched on a lamp post in the center. He got the kalashtar under his control, but they just froze up rather than turning on their allies.
- Ashi ran around an freed the kalashtar from the charm.
- Terfel turned into an Oni! He turned a hobgoblin into jam.
- Singe fireballed Vennet , killing him.
- Medala teleported herself and Kalshana outside, where they were immediately set upon by goblinoid gangsters.
- This got worse when Dah'mir reasserted control, charming Kalshana and Medala.
- A bugbear picked up Kalshana and began to run.
