So About That Secis Fellow... Report

General Summary

After their success at the Battle of Siochain, the party decided to return to Gilthraven Hall where they reunited with Rajira. After filling in their long-lost comrade, the Big Damn Heroes scryed the spear and saw that, to their relief, it was more or less where they'd left it so far as they could tell. They took the opportunity then to discuss what in the world they were going to do about Secis and began to hatch a plan.   Farron decided they should speak to Master Anapraxis to see if he had any suggestions for aiding them in their task, though unfortunately Anapraxis declined direct involvement since Gilthraven Hall couldn't afford to be seen as taking sides in the conflict lest Sisceal turn on them and start a war. Being that Lilalserine was such a small island (and the only remaining Elven nation) they refused to involve themselves in political matters of outside countries.   Instead, Anapraxis suggested that Farron offer students a chance to take part in an extracurricular "field study" that isn't sponsored by the school. Doing so netted Farron a good number of people willing to help in exchange for experience and access to a couple of the spellbooks he'd liberated from the lich and others.   After recruiting around the college, the group sent messages off to Aloera's dragonriders and Rook's school in Fomhar to ask them to prepare to send groups to help with their final push on Urraim. Following that, Farron pulled everyone aside to talk to them about Alby's strange magical concealment.    After procuring help from Mistress Cassandra, they pushed him into talking about the situation. Or tried, anyway. They didn't get much out of him other than that he didn't want to talk about it and had absolutely no interest in harming them or hindering their objectives. He also said he was definitely not serving the Unseelie, though it took some convincing before the BDH agreed to drop the subject.   After wrapping some things up at the college, they headed back to the mainland and to Urraim where they picked up the Spear and made contact with Azilie in hopes of talking tactics with her about how they were going to approach Urraim.
