What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Currently, once you have created a pin you have to go into a completely separate screen, and it brings up the entire edit. While I think this feature is incredibly useful for applying in-depth detail, it is a bit clunky when you just want to modify the name, add a linked article, etc. I feel it would be nice to have a "quick edit" link on the menu when you click the pin to bring up the same edit sub-menu you get when you first create a pin on the map.How does this feature request address the current situation?
I feel like it will improve workflow. It allows you to stay on one screen rather than having to jump between a completely separate page and the map you are working on when you are trying to make quick alterations.What are other uses for this feature request?
Mainly just to be able to get back to the original "Create" window and modify small fields on the pin.Follow up

Thanks for your suggestion! This is already planned for the next major maps update (codenamed Atlas).
