What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?


Currently it is very difficult for a Dungeon Master to see which articles are available to the players and which are not. This would make it easier to unlock new information to the players as the game progresses.  

How does this feature request address the current situation?


This feature would fix the problem that I'm sure many have come across.  

What are other uses for this feature request?

This would also make it better for worldbuilders.

Hello there!   First of all filtering by subscriber groups exists already in two places.
  • a) Under the Filter in the "Articles" section
  • b) Under the Group Assets under the "Subscriber Groups" section
    •   Having said that, I am very aware that for some, including me, this is not optimal. This is the reason I am currently working on the design for a new system that will give both better visibility and filtering capabilities. To conclude this is already being worked on as part of something much bigger. The question is not if it will allow for the above but what else. :)

      This seems to be one of the few properties of an article that there is no easy way to filter on. After I realised I'd accidentally set some old articles to private due to changing my default privacy setting for the world, I was looking for this function to fix them and couldn't find a better way than reviewing everything.

      I would love both:
    • Filter by private / public
    • Filter by no access / access to subscriber groups
      • This would allow me to both see which articles are public or private in my world, and see which private articles my players have access to.
