The Timelines are wonderful but the interface (for both edit and view modes) is simply too big to really get a sense of the totality of events and how they flow into each other because you only really see one or two events at a time and then have to scroll down. I'd love to see a small font version that affords a "bird's eye view" of the entirety--or at least a much larger section--of the timeline. Another idea would be to have the "Short Description/Excerpt" be collapsible (I know the "Full Content" already is, but their applications are very different) so we'd only see the event and date with an option to read more by clicking on or hovering the mouse over the event itself.

So, Chronos will certainly bring a lot of the things you have talked above as its baseline - that is not even a question. Having said that - I will have a look on what we can do :)
