Pins Markers -waypoints -cyberpunk -superhero
Building for Mutants and Masterminds, Cyberpunk, Shadowrun, or any number of other modern systems like Kids on Bikes, is difficult to anyone wanting to use thematically fitting pin markers- Weapon shops are marked by cannons, labs or skyscrapers by forts or castles, it's just rather clunky and immersion-breaking. I'd love to see modern style pins added, as would, I'm sure, anyone running anything outside of a traditional fantasy campaign/system.
By adding just a handful of pins to represent core, system agnostic modern fixtures (Say, a modern handgun for gun shops, a skyscraper, or a bowl of noodles for a slop shop) you could avoid the issue of the broken immersion the current pins present.
Other uses for these pins, keeping to my examples, would include- Magitech settings like Eberron, wizard towers a la Sauron for those who find the default options not spindly enough, and restaurants in eastern-inspired regions or for the various anime systems like the BESM, Konosuba, or ATLA.

The idea is great and I am all for it but I will need a proper list for us to start with it.
