What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
There is currently no way to view all articles, preferably in alphabetical format or possibly with a "sort by ___ (article type?)" option.
Digging into categories, types, and subtypes can be tedious, frustrating, and time-consuming, furthermore there is still no guarantee you will find an accidental duplicate article if you're looking in the wrong location. This can cause you to lose hours of work wasted by searching, when a complete list can eliminate this issue a save countless hours since you can INSTANTLY see EVERY article.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
A "view all articles" feature would show every single article I have written in WA in a complete list, eliminating the wasted time and effort of clicking through a restrictive and frustrating category system.
What are other uses for this feature request?
This allows for easy alphabetical browsing to quickly and easily locate an article you know by name.
This allows you to view articles with similar titles and keywords that are in different categories without having to navigate between the categories.
If you have accidently made a duplicate article in different categories, you can clearly see it in the complete alphabetical list.
Eliminates the frustrating of wasting time digging through a difficult to use category system to find what you're looking for.
The Team's Response
This can potentially be a massive memory drain since there are worlds with thousands of articles. This is not possible for a good reason
There is a very robust list and search system that allows to search via title, tags and categories
