Lou Hisano
Half human, half mermaid, but she has no tail. For that reason her mother erased her memories and threw her out of the sea. Now she lives with her dad, who have had 3 wives. The first was obviously a mermaid, the second was a doctor. She wanted to experiment on his daughter and tried different medicines and poisons on her. In the end she was found out and sent to prison. The last and current wife is a teacher called Mariabella. She likes her new daughter and has noticed she is very fast, and that causes to be very impatient. When nothing fun is going on the half mermaid will immediately lose all interest. She drags the group all over the place and is definitely cheerful, mischievous and deadly with poison darts in her bows. She never knew her mother, but takes after her with long wild hair and the small fish clips in it. She likes to wear a light blue dress and bows. With a beautiful voice she can sing people to sleep, thus enabling her best friend and cat Yukimura Chi to give them nightmares.

Lou brought a cat, that was really nice, and it later turned into a human to her surprise. Chi likes Lou because she doesn't get nightmares by having a cat like her.
