Undugu wa Usiku (Un-du-gu wa Us-iku)
Structure
The guild is a dictatorship of some sorts, there is only one leader and nobody can go against him/her. This is what people need to accept when they enter the guild. The guild itself is part of the Usiku wa manane mbaya, which is a Crime gang in Astune, the poorest section of Mtaji. The leader of that organization appoints a new leader when the former stops, or is forced to stop.
Culture
As part of their daily task, besides robbing people from their possessions, is going on the hunt for new people. This is needed to strengthen their numbers. The twelve which will be listed in the population section are the only member of the authorities know about. Only they do not know their real names.

History
The guild started as a son organization of the Usiku wa manane mbaya, a crime gang inside Astune the poorest district inside Mtaji, the capitol of Cidor. The thieves guild however didn't want to get involved in the heavier crimes. So they talked to their father organization and laid out a plan. To only involve themselves with pickpocketing and robbery, instead of murder and other heavier crimes the crime gang was known for in Astune. To their surprise, their father organization agreed with them.

The thieves' guild operates inside the Ukuta district, which is one of the two poor districts inside Mtaji, the capitol of Cidor. They target the richer families inside this district or the richer people who pass through, which happens often. But they never target the royal family.
