(a.k.a. The Blind God)
Tyr, god of justice, believes all wrongs should be righted. However, what is wrong can be subjective from culture to culture. Tyr hates to see a wrong go unpunish and the law divined through Gods or mortals, remain unenforced.
Upon the throne he sit in limbo, as new souls are brought to him, he sends those worthy to the 7 Heavens, or other planes such as the Abyss, or Elysium.
Blind, he sees through to a the soul of a person, for all who stand before him are naked with no skin or bias.
