Ketch is an imposing, if incongruous figure. Tall and bulky, you'd expect him to look more at home in a suit of plate mail than the lavishly tailored silks and velvet that he adorns himself in. He dresses like the foppish son of a noble, but looking at his eyes will tell you he's anything but. He looks at the world coldly, seemingly evaluating the value and risks of anything he sees.
Usually dressed in richly dyed silks and velvet, using expensive perfume and oils to groom himself, he refuses to look anything less than his best... Unless he succumbs to one of his not infrequent bouts of explosive anger. Fortunately, working as head of The Guild means he's usually in a building filled with brawny types willing to engage him and blow off some steam together... Even if this does mean that under his leadership the maintenance cost for the guildhall has gone up threefold.
As a general rule he will wear a deeply dyed doublet and hose, with an extravagant belt and lace cravat. He always carries his jagged battleaxe as well when outside of his office, a truly incongruous fit to his wardrobe, but since the first time nobody has seen fit to comment on it.
He's hard but fair, always giving a second chance but never a third. He expects high standards from those he manages and usually gets them, in return though he will have your back as long as he deems you worthy of his support. As such, while the other branch masters of The Guild are less than pleased with the heightened cost of running his guildhouse, the success rate for jobs under his oversight means that they have little cause to do more than verbally complain about the lost revenue when he loses his temper.
