Delaron

The City of Delaron is the official capitol of Eisenovia.

Demographics

As of the Census of 2700, the city of Delaron is home to 70,300 individuals, with some 200,000 in the surrounding area. The inhabitants are primarily wood elves, though there is a notable human and orcish presence in the city.

Government

Delaron is the regional capital of the Crownlands and the capital of the nation as a whole, as a result there are a large number of administrators and government employees within the city, with many of the buildings and organizations located in the palace district. The Royal Court and High Council meet within the palace itself, and most nations have embassies nearby.

Palace District

The Palace district contains the majority of governmental buildings including the Royal Court, High Council Chambers, Embassies, and Treasury Office.

Aristocrat's Enclave

This part of the city houses the estates of the various noble houses as well as the large homes owned by government officials, there are a smattering of high-end boutiques and the area is regularly patrolled, with those who don't belong often being "gently" escorted out.

Merchant Square 

The part of the city where most of the shops are, placed between the residential areas & the docks

Serenity Court

A residential district home to the wealthy & middle class

Harbor District

The docks & warehouses

Saphon's Spring

A poorer part of the town characterized by higher crime which mostly occurs at night.
