Who receives the title

In order to recive this title the person must have been lawfully married to the former deacecd ruler but does not have to be the current ruler's biological parent.
In casses where the Widowed Queen is still alive when her grandson dies she receives the title of The Grand widowed Queen of Silverfall and her living arrangements are left to the king's will.
