Zeonian Empire
The Zeonian Empire covers the entirety of the continent of Araxis, following the destruction of Alldale in The Wastelaying. As a nation it covers the largest area, has the largest and best-equipped military, and has the largest economy.
It was unified and is currently under the rule of the Morslade dynasty, with Ashton Morslade the current emperor. James Nailo serves as the Court Wizard and Commander of the Order of the Black Star.

The Zeonian Empire currently controls the continent of Zeon. The Zeonian Empire was unified by the former kingdom of Traetheria under the reign of Bolton Morslade, conquering the neighboring kingdoms of Ihador and Loris decades ago, and the remaining independent kingdom of Alldale was de-facto integrated after its disappearance/destruction on The Day of Mourning.
Technological Level
Typical high-fantasy stuff.
Steam trains and railways are also used for long-distsance transport via arcane means (some railroad companies heat water with summoned Flame Elementals, others with magical "engines", etc).
