Order of the Black Star
The Order of the Black Star is the covert operations branch of the Zeonian Armed Forces. Commanded by James Nailo, the organization performs operations too sensitive or difficult for the regular Armed Forces to carry out. For the past three years, the Order's primary goal has been investigating the Day of Mourning and seeking the cause of the Wastelaying.
