Doctors with no boarders. Or sanity: these healers, biologist and medic (whether licensed or not) they sign up to the missions of other factions and because of their skill set are rarely denied. One could call them a merc guild comprised of some type of doctor, but not all ways influenced by money, some for the pursuit of knowledge others just out of the goodness of their heart.
