Demographics
Because of the cities location in a bay as a major port, many refugees and travelers find there way here from distant lands. Because of this the population of the city is very diverse but the majority is orcs, half-orcs, humans, and half-elfs.

The city was once owned by Arcadia many decades ago. As the city began to grow and expand they claimed their independence from Arcadia and a treaty was signed that promises magical item exports and potions at a fixed discount.
History
For as long as the City has been independent it has feuded with the city of Framfarrir. There was a race to claim the land about a 45 years ago. The race was between Sunny Port, the green orcs of the desert, and the drow. In the end the drow won. Now Framfarir is a magical and technological hub with some of the most advanced technologies in the world, even if it is smaller considerably than Sunny Port.
Tourism
Sunny Port is a huge tourist attraction. Many people come from all over to get a taste of the culture and hit the amazing shops. This city also funds its self trafficked by adventurers looking for a place to stay and shop.
The shops here are some of the strangest and culture rich in the world. These shops have been known to export goods as well. through the local shipping company.
