Stracia
Demographics
Because of the fact that the entire city of Stracia is constantly travelling, it has one of the most diverse populations in the world. Notably, there are more Hetuka than any other Zelunican city, although whether or not Stracia should be considered a Zelunican city is the subject of much debate in some circles.
Government
Stracia is ruled by the Church of Esrus.
Defences
There is a single crenellated wall around the perimeter. There is a small fleet of ships accompanying the city. These ships spend most of their time attached to the city by rigid bridges that also serve to keep the ships in place next to the city. In the event of attack, these ships detach to repel the enemy. The defense fleet also ferries people and goods to and from Stracia, since most ports aren't large enough for an entire city to be able to dock.
Industry & Trade
Stracia's biggest industries are fishing, whaling, and seaweed farming, which provide most of Stracia's food. Because the city spends most of its time moving, it has attracted a large number of merchants, and at least one-third of the trade between Zelunica and Andaren is done through Stracia.
Infrastructure
Stracia relies both on sails and Vastriathil-powered engines for movement.
Stracia contains many watermills and windmills, mostly close to the edge of the city.
There are communal firepits placed in various places around the city. The word "firepit" is a bit of a misnomer, since they're actually raised up a bit off the deck. These firepits are made of metal, are surrounded by eight feet of metal on the deck below them, and have water reservoirs around the rim, which can be opened to easily put out the fire. Communal firepits are used for recreational gatherings as well as disposal of flammable trash. Each firepit has a minimum of three guards stationed around it at all times.

History
Stracia was founded in 1435 by the first Hierophant of the Church of Esrus . It was originally a village on the coast of Zelunica. Five years after Stracia was founded, Esrus appeared and asked the Hierophant to dismantle his theocracy. The Hierophant interpreted this request as a test of faith, and stubbornly refused to step down.
The first Hierophant was also a shipwright, and his goal was to build a ship large enough to house a city. Fifteen years after Stracia was founded, this massive ship was complete, and all of the residents of Stracia moved onboard. The ship left the shipyard, and has not docked since. Today, the original village is completely abandoned.
Architecture
Most of Stracia is made of wood, which is whitewashed with a mixture that waterproofs it.
