They speak Common but accented and only to non Orcs using Orcish for day to day speech.
Dwarves, Gnolls and Trolls are commonly found amongst them for their strength but also in the case of Dwarves construction and mining acumen.Other races rarely meet the standards they set.
Intellectual pursuits are considered secondary but they particularly favour alchemists due to the industrial and warfare applications.
Assets
They live in large communal buildings similar to tower blocks, with the lower levels being occupied by the higher ranks due to the increased distance from harsh weather conditions and access to wells for water.
Their population covers 40-50% of the mountain they live on.
Military
A standing army of armoured soldiers as well as a small naval fleet.
