Meldron, God of the Grave and Death (Mel-dron)

Meldron was the last of The Primordials to be created and the only one to be created by Malum.   Meldron is a soft and gentlehearted entity. He began to make friends with the other entities very quickly and unfortunately for Malum, he did not share the frustration she carried.

The Relationship Between Malum and Meldron

As far as Malum was aware, there was nothing biological between them.  She went so far as to attempt to flirt with Meldron, wanting to create the same relationship that Etain  and Catos  had.  Meldron very clearly didn't reciprocate her feelings, but felt it kept her happy for the time being and she wasn't causing any real harm.   That's when Andes approached him with a message. According to the The Everflow, the relationship between them should strictly be parental. This was the very first time in which Meldron knew he was birthed from Malum's tears.   He then spoke to her privately and explained extensively how their relationship will be from there on out.

Becoming The Death God

Meldron was shy to take a physical form and persistently traversed with an ethereal essence. That is, till the day he met The Three who convinced him to make a form.   From there, everything he seemed to touch, wilted and died. Fleeing to speak to Andes, he opened the pages for The Everflow to pour out and give him his duties as Death.   Since then, he walks above the surface, making sure not to touch anything. Meldron is called when he is needed and he deals with them as he sees fit.

The Others

Meldron felt the toll of solely being responsible for all living things as their life draws to an end, and so he formed help in shape of Azuna ,Demu and Xireyar. The fourth came much later, Orean as they proved themselves a stubborn soul to return to the Everflow.   Meldron developed a kinship with the whippoorwills birds and uses them as messengers.
