There are a few stories about the origins of humanity. Those who follow the Aesir say that Odin Allfather created Humans after him and his brothers created the world from the corpse of the first Giant. Those on the Olympian Isles believe that a Titan, Prometheus, created the first humans. There are sure to be countless other origin myths from different  cultures, but the truth is often not as simple as people believe.
The most common and varied raced in Zeimia, humans have spread to nearly every corner of Zeimia and make up most of the population of the Olympian Isles/Colonies and the Norselands. It is a good bet that no matter where you may travel, you will find humans there. Humans are considered to be trustworthy to many races, but they are so varied in their alignments and personalities that most would view them with caution. Even member's of their own race.
Humans from different lands carry different cultural traits and appearances. The Norse tend to be bigger and bulkier and follow the cultural norms if the Norse that strength is more important than other intellectual pursuits. Those from the Greek Isles tend to have darker skin and show more of an interest in personal freedoms and philosophy than other ways of spending their time.
Humans are just as likely to be a bandit as they are a savior. They feel no instinctive pull toward any particular alignment or certain courses of action. It is hypothesized that this ability to change and adapt is one of the driving forces behind why humans are so successful wherever they may be.
