Alterations
During a renovation project (which involved unauthorized explosives and a drug dealer named Trevor Philips), Kamus's employees uncovered a labyrinth under the building. He paid to have the area explored, mapped, and cleared out. Since then, he has been using the tunnels for smuggling operations within Steamfront and its outlying areas.
