Queen Zannella

Queen Zannella of the Kingdom of the Moons is seen as a quiet and delicate queen, whose husband runs the ship.  Even her husband sees it that way, and while she hasn't a huge interest in politics, she has been influencing a huge cultural change over the last 20 years on the throne which few would be able to trace back to her.
Growing up in a small poor town with diversity and lax rules created the resourceful compassionate queen we have seated on our throne today.  She has a love for meeting those of all sorts of backgrounds and a history of making friends with those she should not even be allowed to know.  She single-handedly led the charge of inspiring diversity in the capital city by encouraging those in the community to visit a doctor who immigrated from another country.  When people found out this foreign doctor was the queen's choice for a checkup, she ended up with a line out the door.  
This doctor encouraged other friends and family from her home country to try their hand at living in the kingdom of the Moons.  This has to lead to increased diversity over the past 20 years.  She has pioneered getting children warded and normalized accepting those of another religion but talking to school teachers about changing curriculum from teaching other religious are strange, to others are unique and interesting.
Her husband would not care to see what his wife deems as important.  He would see this as a small project of hers.  What he misses is she has changed how the upcoming generation thinks of all those around them, changing the future of their entire nation with her "little projects".
Most think the queen does very little.  Me and you, we know better.
