Salar Qaedi

Salar is an air Djinn, hailing from the Elemental Plane of Air, but has operated out of Zabiqia for nearly a century. He operates mostly as a broker for deals in rare maps and difficult to acquire items, and has been known to operate on behalf of powerful figures in Nehemeni politics, including Prince Hamoud bin Abdur and Samir al-Faraj.

In fact, Samir's attempt to stiff Salar in the sale of a map relevant to the Urn of Moatilliata prompted Salar to retaliate by sending his agent Sisava after the map. Sisava's encounter with Nadezhda Nott, an agent of Saif al-Rakim with similar goals, led to Salar siding with Saif against Samir in pursuit of the Urn.
