High Bishop

High Bishop is the title for the head of the orgainized religion called the Cult of the Fallen. They are responsible for the entire organization and steer them in the directions that they wish to see the organization go. They report only to the Grand Duke/Duchess themself and advise them on religious and spiritual matters.
