The Gaanheib

The Gaanheib is a region in southern Zada that was colonised in the years following the Touziri Rebellion. Almost the entire region is covered in desert, though it becomes colder the further one travels south, with the southern coast occasionally seeing small amounts of snowfall during the southern hemisphere's winter. The capital of Abbock is a small port city that is supported by a modest fishing industry, as well as food imports from the Touzir Basin. The Gaanheib has a very small population, and only a few thousand (mostly Zelfanite) pastoralists and prospectors live outside of Abbock.
