Description

Nelkhetia comprises the heartland and bureaucratic centre of the Empire. 500 years ago, Nelkhetia faced and defeated every other nation on the planet, under the leadership of the World-King. Since then the Nelkheti have served as the governors, officers, and administrators of the World-King’s regime.

Chosen Leaders: Once per session, Nelkheti may spend a Story Point as an incidental. If they do so, during the next skill check they make during that turn, the character doubles the strain they inflict or the strain they heal (you choose before making the check).
