10.9 - The Town of Last Rest
General Summary
With the founding of Last Rest as a recognized settlement within the Kingdom of Falinor, songs have begun to spread far and wide of the adventurers who frequent its famed tavern and have secured the surrounding territory for the free peoples of the realm; in addition to their individual exploits, any hero who ventures into the Reach is now registered with the crown and is known by the kingdom, regardless of their degree of experience (or lack thereof) -- a promise of fame that draws even more to these unsung lands.
Songs of Glory: Everyone (+1) and all new player characters begin their adventures at Level 2.
