The Fasting

The Fasting is a rare disease that all but forces an infected individual to starve to death. The Fasting shows no initial symptoms when contracted, though after a few weeks the infected individual will find it difficult to eat. Even the act of drinking water will become accompanied by intense feelings of nausea, making it challenging to properly hydrate and feed oneself. Without the ability to eat or drink without feeling sick, the infected individual will simply skip meals until their body is no longer able to function and gives out, at which point the infected individual will die of malnutrition.
